Survey Crew Supervisor
to manage field operations, ensure accuracy, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for precision, this role is for you!

• Lead and manage multiple
  survey crews
  to complete projects on time and within standards
• Oversee
  field data collection
  , sketches, and electronic records
• Ensure compliance with
  state regulations
  , safety protocols, and company procedures
• Maintain and manage
  surveying equipment
  and vehicles
• Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure seamless communication
• Utilize
  Trimble equipment
  and related software for accurate measurements

• High school diploma or equivalent (
  Associate degree in Surveying or Engineering Technology preferred
  )
• 5+ years of surveying experience
  (preferred)
• Proficiency with
  Trimble or similar surveying equipment
• Experience with
  AutoCAD Civil 3D
  (a plus)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
