Manufacturing Process Engineer

Rincon Power, LLC is an energetic start‑up in Carpinteria, CA. We launched a line of high‑performance electrical switching devices in October 2021 and are now seeking a detail‑oriented, motivated, dynamic Senior Manufacturing Engineer to expand our product line.

As a member of the Rincon Power family, you will help build not only new products but a growing company, contributing to continuous improvement and product development within a flexible full‑time schedule Monday‑Friday.

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement process control plans to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Lead the development of new products and processes.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, sustain, and improve existing processes and equipment.
• Train and mentor junior engineers.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an engineering discipline.
• Experience using Solid Works 3D software.
