• What is a typical day to day
  ? Responsible for pretreatment and chemistry processes within the paint department. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Safety & Quality:

• Maintain compliance with plant safety protocols and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

Robotics Maintenance:

• Oversee and maintain Fanuc robotics systems
  .
• Responsible for approximately 100 robots within the department.
• Manage and support a team of 5–10 employees
  .
• Provide technical guidance and training as needed.
• Role requires a technical background. Any engineering degree is a plus but required.
• 1 year of automotive experience and working in Fanuc and Robots.
• Need to have a great work ethic and be willing to learn and work independently.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in paint processes, pretreatment, and chemical applications.
• Experience with Fanuc robotics and automation systems.

• Ability to lead a small team effectively.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of maintaining high safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.
