A cutting‑edge startup at the intersection of AI, autonomy, and defense technology is seeking an Electrical Engineer (PCB/Power Systems) to help build next‑generation hardware for autonomous maritime systems.

This role offers the chance to work on mission‑critical projects that combine electronics, sensors, and AI‑driven analytics to deliver real‑time situational awareness in challenging environments.

You will:

• Design, prototype, and test electrical systems for advanced sensing and communication hardware.
• Develop custom PCBs and power electronics for ruggedized, high‑reliability applications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate optical and sensor components.

• Support schematic capture and PCB layout using industry‑standard EDA tools (Altium, LTSpice, Hyperlynx).
• Assist in selection and integration of power electronics systems (solar input, battery systems, regulators).
• Aid in development of analog front‑ends, including ADCs and signal conditioning circuits.
• Participate in design and testing of optical sensing assemblies (alignment and calibration).
• Conduct lab testing, debugging, and hardware validation; maintain detailed documentation.
• Help transition designs from prototype to production‑ready form.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in PCB design and testing (inc. internships).
• Familiarity with power systems, analog circuits, and EMI‑sensitive designs.
• Experience with embedded systems and microcontrollers is a plus.
• $200,000 - $260,000 base salary (depending on experience)
