Position SummaryManage and source precise dimensional and technical equipment. Manage First Articles to completion, utilizing Quality Dimensional Tools and Techniques. Monitors and reports KPIs on the status of inspections and materials. Develops and optimizes the technical team to manage QC measurement systems. Individual must manage team members, support technical projects and manage deliverables.
Primary Duties- The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related.
- 6 years experience in a technical or manufacturing environment, including projects management, leading teams, strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), driving governance, and working with senior stakeholders.
- Functional skills including critical thinking, adaptability, time management, communication, problem-solving and digital literacy.
- Manage and meet competing deadlines, requiring careful prioritization and time management to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
- Make timely decisions by quickly choosing effective solutions in high‑pressure situations for optimal outcomes.
- Planning objectives and strategies to achieve them within a set timeline.
- Practicing time management to allocate tasks, balance priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Organizing work and resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Managing and measuring work by tracking progress, performance, and goal achievement using metrics and KPIs.
- Driving continuous improvement by evaluating processes and implementing necessary changes.
- Effective Presentation Skills - including the ability to present technical data.
- Inspire and energize individuals to achieve their best performance.
- Written Communications - including the ability to communicate technical data in written form.
The estimated salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $150,000. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bio Merieux’s bonus program. This range may differ from ranges offered for similar positions elsewhere in the country given differences in cost of living. Actual compensation within this range is determined based on the successful candidate’s experience and will be presented in writing at the time of the offer.
