Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods.
  • Create essential process documentation.
  • Design efficient layouts for work spaces and equipment.
  • Collaborate with planning and design staff to ensure efficient production methods.
  • Communicate with vendors to align on product specifications and procure necessary materials.
  • Estimate production times and staffing needs, providing vital information for management decisions.
  • Apply statistical methods to predict future manufacturing requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and familiarity with machine shop operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interpreting technical documents and writing reports.
  • Solid foundation in mathematics, including probability, statistics, and geometry.
  • Creativity and ingenuity in applying engineering principles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Solid Works.
  • Problem‑solving abilities and real‑world experience to lead projects efficiently.
