Manufacturing Engineering Trainee at RBC Bearings

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Company training program and work in all areas of the organization, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, sales, and CNC programming. Responsibilities include manufacturing, design, continuous improvement hands‑on projects, providing daily manufacturing support and guidance for their respective product line, and participating in driving overall financial performance improvements. The individual may travel to our Southern California facilities for additional experience and training.

Require a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Must have demonstrated experience with Solid Works and Microsoft Office products, and be able to communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and a desire to learn about all aspects of a manufacturing company.

Min/Max: $75,000 to $75,000. Please note that the salary range information is only applicable to California. This range is the company’s good‑faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role based on the position’s responsibilities, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s specific experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
