What You’ll Get to Do

We’re seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Sales Engineer to lead product development and technical direction within the building and construction industry. This role bridges engineering, product management, sales, and customers ensuring innovative, reliable, and high-quality solutions from concept to market launch.

What You’ll Do

• Represent the company’s technical expertise with clients and partners.
• Oversee product and system development with Product Management, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Translate user requirements into clear product criteria and launch standards.
• Deliver product training and technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Guide project teams with technical strategy and milestone tracking.
• Research and apply emerging technologies to improve product quality and innovation.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across departments on campaigns, case studies, and technical documentation.
• Lead and mentor the technical team and SMEs, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Participate in R&D, monitor industry trends, and drive process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in a technical management or leadership role within building and construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project and Power BI.
