We are seeking a skilled and experienced Air C2 Systems Engineer.

• Lead and provide guidance to teams in providing technical support and expertise for test, engineering, and training related to Air C2 systems such as CAC2S, CTN, or TBMCS.
• Define, organize, and assign activities to accomplish engineering and testing efforts.
• Provide technical mentoring to individuals and teams.
• Develop, integrate, and implement solutions to diverse, highly complex technical problems across multiple areas and disciplines.
• Develop, review, write, or provide technical input to technical test and engineering documents.
• Develop and present briefings as required.
• Document technical status, progress, and problems encountered during test and engineering events.
• Interact independently and proactively with customers to identify and define complex problems and develop and implement strategies or techniques for resolving technical issues.
• Work with customers to evaluate and analyze technical requirements and test objectives to develop plans to test these requirements and objectives.
• Identify, plan, allocate, and optimize resources to complete multiple project-related tasks and goals.
• Manage and maintain equipment and configurations in the test and engineering labs.
• Effectively accomplish multiple project goals within established guidelines.

• Minimum Position Requirements:
• Five years’ experience as a systems engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Two years’ experience performing engineering, software development, testing, or system administration of Air C2 systems such as CAC2S, CTN, or TBMCS.
• Experience in project management, configuration management, and quality control procedures.

  Qualifications:
• Experience administering VMware ESXi, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting of Cisco routing and switching.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Systems Engineering Professional.
