Position OverviewBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced APG Flight line Expediter to assist with F-15QA maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar
.
This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet international assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.
Job Responsibilities- Oversees flight line APG production, coordinates support, develops priorities and engages in direct sortie generation receiving direction from the flight line Production Superintendent.
- Coordinates directly with Specialist and Weapons Expediters to achieve maximum results.
- Track F-15QA aircraft location, configuration, priority, fuel/munitions load, and establish ETICs (Estimated Time In Commission).
- Ensures all scheduled/unscheduled maintenance is accomplished and coordinates on all aircraft maintenance actions.
- Follow established CANN procedures and ensure all CANNs are accurately documented in the aircraft forms.
- Ensures parts are ordered with appropriate priorities and ensures prompt/timely turn-in of DIFM (parts Due In From Maintenance).
- Maximizes time on the flight line to oversee maintenance personnel during the performance of aircraft maintenance, aircraft movement, and launch/recovery operations.
- Requires adept people skills to motivate maintainers and achieve maximum results.
- Key Boeing-to-Customer Interface and Focal; coordinates routinely with critical third-party entities, U.S. Government Representatives, and the Qatari Emiri Air Force Customer.
- Responsible for enforcing strict safety regulations, quality standards, and implementing effective solutions to minimize performance related disruptions.
- Possess excellent leadership and team management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Proactively engages with subordinates to promote Boeing’s Values & Behaviors of Safety & Quality, People Focus, Trust, Ownership, and Innovation.
- Coordinating with Boeing Field Service Representatives and engineering when required for aircraft related problem resolution.
- Ensuring all aircraft production related equipment is properly maintained and operational, as well as managing/directing the maximum use of AGE (Aircraft Generation Equipment).
- Preparing daily reports on team priorities, taskings and productivity to Production Superintendent and/or management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with fighter aircraft maintenance and/or management.
- Must be willing to work rotating/variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Experience on military fighter platforms (F-15, F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-35, etc.)
- Experience with aircraft systems including avionics, electrical, engines, flight controls, egress, structures, hydraulics, fuel and/or integrated vehicle management systems is preferred.
- Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country.
- Candidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
- Employment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country.
- Because the candidate selected will be expected to go on an international assignment, the offer will be contingent upon the candidate’s ability to obtain clearances from International Health Services and the receipt of a visa/work permit to the country in which he or she will be assigned.
