Location: California
We are seeking an experienced Facilities CQV Consultant to support a long-term, fully onsite project in Los Angeles, CA
. This role requires a hands‑on, field‑based professional who is comfortable working in an active construction and startup environment
.
- Strong Facilities CQV experience, including:
- EMPQ (Environmental Monitoring Performance Qualification)
- Vessel IOV & IOPQ
, including mixing studies and temperature mapping - Experience with utilities and process support systems
, such as: - CIP systems, CIP skids
- Cleaning Validation experience highly preferred to provide backup support as needed
- Perform daily construction site walks while working in full PPE
- Support and execute CQV activities throughout construction, commissioning, and startup phases
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Construction, Quality, and Validation teams to maintain project schedules and deliverables
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and field execution support as required
