Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow LONGi’s sell-out volumes within the DG segment.
  • Strengthen relationships with key EPCs, installers, and distribution partners, providing ongoing technical and commercial support.
  • Promote LONGi’s product and solution portfolio, highlighting technical differentiation, reliability, and performance advantages.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to identify new business opportunities, co-develop offers, and support project design stages.
  • Together with the Product & Solution team, use design and simulation tools (e. g. , PVsyst, PV
    * Sol) to analyze project performance and demonstrate the value of LONGi technology.
  • Train and educate partners and customers on product features.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights to guide local commercial and product strategy.
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or related field.
  • Experience in technical sales or application engineering within the solar industry.
  • Proven experience conducting technical and financial feasibility studies for photovoltaic projects.
  • Experience working with EPCs, installers, and distribution networks.
  • Ability to translate technical value into clear commercial arguments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking at industry events.
