Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Secret Cleared Non-Destructive Test Technician (NDT) specializing in Ultrasonic testing (UT) to support a major government client. This role is fully onsite in Palmdale, CA working a 4/10 1st shift or 4/10 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will perform ultrasonic inspections on advanced military aircraft components, ensuring compliance with NAS
410 standards. They will operate UT inspection equipment/automated systems, perform process control checks on UT equipment, record and report evaluation results, and support the NDI sector as needed.

- Active Secret Clearance and ability to obtain Special Program Access
- Level 2 Ultrasonic Test Certification
- UT experience using automated and handheld pulse echo units (2 years level 2, 4 years level
3) - Signed off 800 hours UT OJT
- Certification in other NDT methods (eddy current, radiography, liquid penetrant)
- Experience with Gantry Systems
- Automated/handheld UT inspection systems
- Composite Material Inspection
- Thermology or Shearography Experience
- 2-year degree/certification from NDT Training Institution
- ANST Level 3 certification (for Level
4)
