The firm is seeking a senior executive to lead its established healthcare practice across the West Coast.

This is a true seller‑doer position: the Senior Vice President will be responsible for engaging directly in the market, building and strengthening client relationships, winning new work, and directing teams on major healthcare projects. In addition, this leader will help grow and guide multidisciplinary teams dedicated to addressing the most complex challenges faced by healthcare clients.

• Develop and implement market strategy in partnership with regional leadership
• Lead business development initiatives to expand work with existing clients and break into new accounts
• Mentor and support team members, including involvement in promotions, reviews, and performance management
• Oversee profit and loss performance across assigned projects
• Serve as Senior Vice President in Charge on major healthcare projects, representing the firm, setting the technical approach, and ensuring quality delivery and commercial success

• 12+ years of experience in U.S. healthcare engineering consulting
• Professional Engineering license
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering
