The Special Events and Promotions Supervisor will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing special events and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience. With a background in promotions, events, or entertainment, and a keen eye for detail, will contribute to creating memorable and engaging experiences for our casino patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest service and be flexible to work during various shifts, including days, weekends, and evenings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must read, write, and speak English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in promotions, events, or entertainment in a casino or entertainment environment.
• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, weekends, and evenings.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Event Planning and Execution:
• Plan and coordinate special events and promotions to drive guest engagement and attendance.
• Oversee the execution of events, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Promotions Management:
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract and retain casino patrons.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create enticing offers and incentives.
• Guest Service:
• Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience during events and promotions.
• Address guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Detail Orientation:
• Pay meticulous attention to detail in the planning and execution of events and promotions.
• Ensure all elements, from decorations to entertainment, contribute to a seamless and well-coordinated experience.
• Work closely with marketing, entertainment, and other departments to coordinate integrated events and promotions.
• Foster positive relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
• Staff Supervision:
• Supervise event and promotions staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest service.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Budget Oversight:
• Assist in budget planning for events and promotions.
• Monitor expenses to ensure activities stay within budget constraints.
• Flexibility:
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including days, weekends, and evenings, to accommodate the needs of events and promotions.
