Production Manager – Contract

2 Contract Production Manager roles are available, located in Atlanta, Saint Louis, or Los Angeles. The role supports planning and execution of large‑scale events tied to sponsorship activations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, including the FIFA Fan Festival and the Stadium Fan Experience.

The Production Manager will work with client and internal account teams to deliver event programs that meet strategic, creative, timing, and financial objectives. The candidate should have at least three years of experiential marketing or event production experience, be self‑motivated, thrive under pressure, and possess strong logistical skills.

• Accountable for the quality and performance of all deliverables across up to four host‑city markets.
• Collaborate with the production and account teams to execute project plans, ensuring key client deliverable dates and financial targets are met.
• Support development, production, and co‑delivery of program requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to guarantee quality, feasibility, and alignment with program objectives.
• Oversee hiring, training, and management of local on‑site staff, addressing day‑to‑day needs.
• Manage project communications, documenting issues, changes, or performance impacts and resolving them with the project team.
• Administrate PO system and financial flow for production deliverables.
• Document event elements to assist in creating manuals and training materials.
• Procure permits, civic documents, and other necessary paperwork.
• Collaborate with peers to foster innovation and best practices.
• Travel to up to four markets to oversee load‑in/load‑out and key live event days.
• Manage up to eight local market managers.

• 3+ years’ experience managing experiential or event production projects.
• Available for 5–6 months beginning around February 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of event production processes.
• Excellent customer focus, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Experience creating and managing budgets.
• Ability to handle multiple activations simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving and solution‑building.
• Strong work ethic, can‑do attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work non‑standard hours and weekends as required.
• Travel required up to 30–40 %.
• Touring/road experience a plus.
• Passion for sports, entertainment, and live events.
• Ability to lift boxes and other event assets.
