Impact
As Product Manager, IP Partnerships, you will guide strategy of external brand and franchise collaborations for Apex Legends. You will translate cultural and fan insights into in‑game cosmetic and event experiences that resonate globally. Your work will strengthen Apex Legends as a cultural touchstone while driving results.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the IP partnerships roadmap for Apex Legends.
- Partner with other teams and external licensors to scope, evaluate, and deliver collaborations.
- Align IP‑driven cosmetics and events with franchise goals and player expectations.
- Analyze partnership performance metrics (engagement, conversion, retention) and share insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure authentic integrations.
- Monitor trends in entertainment, fashion, and fandom to identify partnership opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in product management, licensing, partnerships, or live service games.
- Experience negotiating or managing external brand/IP collaborations.
- Familiarity with cosmetic‑driven engagement in free‑to‑play titles.
- Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Tableau, or equivalent for performance reporting.
- Experience with Apex Legends' brand, tone, and community.
Core Experience
- Commercial and strategic mindset with partnership evaluation experience.
- Comfort working in a live service environment.
- Connect data insights to creative and outcomes.
- Understanding of licensing processes, approvals, and relationship management.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay ranges: $117,000 – $179,600 USD (California, depending on location)
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401(k) to regular full‑time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
