Security Officer

The employee in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. All employees are required to practice the customer courtesy skills to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. Employee is to maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members and company assets.

  - Use customer courtesy skills to provide superior guest service.
• Fun – Have fun! Be interactive with all internal and external guests while maintaining professional standards.
• Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions. Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
• Assist in transporting money, chips, and other assets.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and team member incidents and accidents.
• Monitor customer and team member passage in and out of casino.
• Check for and report safety hazards.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Missouri Gaming Commission, Casino, and departmental management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to use all equipment associated with the position, including, but not limited to, computer keyboard and telephone.
