Chief Financial Officer; CFO

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Burak Metering
, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company’s financial stability and growth. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions, managing budgets, and optimizing financial performance across our flow metering, instrumentation, and safety device business segments.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support company goals.
• Overseeing accounting, taxation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitoring cost control and profitability across production and R&D divisions.
• Providing financial insights to support growth in instrumentation and safety device markets.
• Developing funding strategies and maintaining relationships with investors and financial institutions.
• Implementing internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Collaborating with the CEO and management team on strategic planning and expansion decisions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (CA/MBA preferred).

Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.

Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and industrial financial operations.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Proven ability to align financial strategies with organizational objectives.
