We are currently looking for Senior Accountant who will report to our Finance Director and will be a critical mid-level finance professional responsible for managing complex accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet maintenance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assist in business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other partners to facilitate audits and tax compliance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Assist the Finance Director with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Knowledge of Net Suite ERP is a must
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
