Tax Manager – Ultra-High-Net-Worth Family Office (Confidential)

Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – 3-4 days in office)

Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 + exceptional benefits (20% above market)

This is an exceptionally rare opportunity to join a boutique family officein West Los Angeles serving just two ultra-high-net-worth families with a combined net worth exceeding $12 billion
. The firm’s tax function is small, sophisticated, and stable. You’ll step into a role previously held by a respected Tax Manager who is retiring after decades of service.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, S-corporations, trusts, estates, and gifts.
• Provide strategic tax planning and compliance oversight for ultra-high-net-worth clients.
• Collaborate closely with business management and wealth advisory teams.
• Supervise and mentor staff as needed, ensuring quality and accuracy in all filings.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth or business management tax.
  
  Strong expertise in individual, S-corp, trust, estate, and gift taxation.
• CPA required
• Prior experience in a business management firm or private client group is highly desirable.
• Professional discretion and integrity are essential.
