• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, including detailed 3-statement forecasting and financial analysis.
• Leveraged buyout (LBO) and merger modeling.
• Understanding of business valuation techniques, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transaction analysis.
• Analyze company reports and financial documents to create pitch books, company profiles, benchmarking analyses, and trading/transaction comps.
• Skilled at interpreting and analyzing financial statements, IPO prospectuses, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other regulatory filings.
• Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital
  
  IQ, Pitch Book, and Fact Set.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 3-5 years of experience working with Investment Banks (IB), Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Advisory firms.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong emphasis on financial modeling and transaction support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Advanced degree or professional qualification such as MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or an equivalent credential.
