Responsibilities include:- Overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring project costs, profitability, and cash flow.
- Preparing financial reports and advising management on key decisions.
- Managing relationships with banks, investors, and auditors.
- CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 8+ years of experience in financial management within technical or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills with attention to detail.
