Account Officer

Job Summary

As an Account Officer at Touch And Solve, you will manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and provide exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health and supporting our operational goals.

• Manage and oversee daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies on time.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring expenditures.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any financial issues.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA (cc) will get preference.

• Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge on billing, VAT & Tax.
