Process Associate – Financial Services

This role is responsible for processing accounting transactions (Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, General ledger and Fixed assests) on SAP within the given SLAs and accuracy levels.

• Process financial transactions accurately within ERP systems.
• Gain exposure to Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA) modules.
• Assist in periodic financial activities, including month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve queries and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounting or Audit is preferred.
• GCE A/L qualification with a Finance background is Mandatory.
• Following a Finance/Accounting/Management degree or a professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA / CMA / AAT, CPA) is preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Excel are Mandatory.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) or accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English, with Sinhala/Tamil as an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
