We are looking for a skilled
Financial Analyst
to manage financial records, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and taxation.

• Proforma P&L (Profit & Loss) for company.
• Monthly MIS reporting for company.
• Variance check of Revenue, Salary, and other costs
• Transfer Pricing & Calculation, Services True P&L, KPI & YTD metrics, and Balance Sheet Analysis
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors and assist in financial audits.
• Financial Transactions & Processing
  • Supplier Invoice Processing
  • Updating customer payments received.
  • Purchase Order Preparation
  • Overdue Invoices Data Management
• Payroll & Compliance
  • Salary Forecasting
  • Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Statutory Reports (Provident Fund / Labour Welfare Fund / Professional Tax)
  • Income Tax Proof Audit
• Banking & Payments
  • Uploading Payments to Bank
  • Salary, Claims, Compliance, and Vendor Payments Review
• Claims & Transfers
  • Financial Validation for Claims
  • Claims Processing
  • Review of Transfer Requirements
• International Operations
  • International Travel, Forex, Travel Insurance, and Visa

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting, Finance.
• Professional certification (CA/CPA/CMA) is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software(s)
• Strong knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
