TheMortgage Account Manager - Training Programis a
six-to-eight-week
comprehensive training class that is hands-on development opportunity for individuals interested in a career in mortgage lending and client account management. This structured program is designed to teach you the foundational skills needed to manage mortgage accounts, support loan processes, and provide excellent service to clients and internal teams. Upon successful completion, trainees will be placed into full-time Mortgage Account Manager roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program focused on mortgage operations, loan processing, documentation, and industry compliance.
- Learn to manage a pipeline of mortgage loans from application through closing under supervision.
- Work closely with experienced account managers to understand workflows, client communication standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with internal departments (processing, underwriting, closing) to ensure accurate and timely handling of loan files.
- Review loan files for completeness and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop strong client service skills to assist borrowers and third-party partners with updates and documentation needs.
- Attend regular check-ins, training sessions, and evaluations to track progress and build knowledge.
Requirements
- Prior Mortgage experience within the last 5 years.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Salary Pay: $84,000 Base + Bonus
