By leveraging a comprehensive suite of services and solutions, the Strategy, Enablement and Transformation Team is a key foundational pillar that supports overall GBSC and enterprise stakeholders in optimizing their business to drive value and enhance performance.
As we head into our next phase in advancing our commitment to our stakeholders, the GBSC is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis based in O’Fallon, MO. This individual will support the GBSC and individual business teams by delivering high‑quality financial analysis, reporting, and planning support. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities- Lead key components of the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes in collaboration with GBSC leadership and functional teams
- Collect data and analyze trends to support financial model operation and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and provide decision support
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to gather inputs, monitor spending, and track progress against financial goals
- Maintain financial oversight and reporting standards, enforce financial discipline, and support internal financial control activities across the GBSC
- Support the preparation of executive‑level financial packages, variance analyses, and risk/opportunity assessments
- Help track third‑party vendor spending and align costs to appropriate budgets and contracts
- Identify process gaps and support efforts to enhance reporting, planning tools, and automation within the FP&A function
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Microsoft Power Suite
- Experience in financial systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus, but not required
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and experience supporting business process improvements
