A leading insurance firm located in O’Fallon, Missouri, is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate for a hybrid role. The successful candidate will manage collection activities, analyze receivable balances, and resolve discrepancies. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in reinsurance or property & casualty insurance, and familiarity with credit control practices. A high school diploma is required, and an associate degree in business, accounting, or finance is preferred.
