Position Overview
A leading global private equity firm focused on high-growth B2B enterprise software is seeking Private Equity Analysts to join its expanding team. Analysts will play a critical role across the full investment lifecycle—
sourcing new opportunities, building executive relationships, and executing rigorous investment diligence

This role offers early, hands‑on exposure to private equity without requiring prior investment banking experience. Analysts work closely with senior investment professionals, founder‑CEOs, and portfolio company executives while developing deep expertise in enterprise software, market dynamics, and value creation.

- Identify and source new investment opportunities across vertical and horizontal B2B software markets
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, CEOs, and senior executives
- Develop investment theses and conduct proprietary market and industry research
- Expand the firm’s executive and industry network
- Evaluate new investment opportunities and identify key value creation levers
- Build dynamic financial models and perform proprietary analyses
- Review company materials and support commercial, financial, and operational diligence
- Coordinate diligence efforts with co‑investors, lenders, and third‑party advisors
- Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee alongside deal team members
- Support strategic M&A initiatives for portfolio companies
- Collaborate with portfolio company finance teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Work cross‑functionally with internal finance, legal, accounting, and operations teams
- Bachelor’s degree (all majors encouraged to apply; first‑generation college students encouraged)
- Strong academic performance and analytical capability (Min GPA: 3.5)
- Strong personal or professional ties to the Los Angeles area
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and professional ambition
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail, integrity, and work ethic
- Strong interest in private equity and enterprise software
