- Consult with LPL Financial Advisors on all aspects of financial planning to enhance adoption and provide practical guidance
- Execute a disciplined outreach strategy to increase financial planning awareness and adoption
- Articulate the value proposition of comprehensive financial planning and the support provided by LPL’s Financial Planning Group
- Collaborate with and influence key business partners across the wealth management organization
- Provide onboarding support for Advisors and ensure timely follow-up on specific requests
- 5+ years of experience in personal financial counseling within a professional services and/or financial planning environment
- 5+ years in a related sales or consulting function
- CFP certification required
- Strong knowledge of financial planning software, particularly eMoney
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Securities licenses 7, 63, 65, 66 are strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and other financial planning tools
