- Design and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting across retail and distribution channels
- Ensure strong cost controls while supporting growth investments
- Lead all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and integration efforts, including valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, and post‑close execution
- Support capital strategy including banking relationships, credit facilities, and potential equity transactions
- Prepare board‑level materials, investment memoranda, and financial analyses
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and internal controls

- Strengthen governance, risk management, and audit processes appropriate for a scaled enterprise
- Act as executive owner of Net Suite ERP, driving optimization, reporting automation, and scalability across locations and entities
- Leverage data and systems to improve visibility, decision‑making, and operational discipline
- Lead and mentor a finance organization of 8–10 professionals across accounting, FP&A, and related functions
- Establish a high‑performance culture with clear accountability, development paths, and succession planning
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a multi‑location retail and distribution environment
- Demonstrated success scaling a company through significant revenue growth (ideally $100M+ to $300M+)
- Strong M&A and transaction experience; highly deal‑savvy with a growth mindset
- Deep expertise with Net Suite ERP in a complex, multi‑entity environment
- Strong understanding of unit‑level economics, inventory‑driven businesses, and working capital management
- Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
- Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach
- Commercially minded, growth‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
