The RoleSenior Director of FP&A
Partnering closely with senior leadership, this role will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities while supporting strategic decision‑making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting, long‑range planning, and recurring forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational priorities.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics to guide business decisions and support cross‑functional leadership.
- Partner with business unit leaders to analyse financial performance, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership and the board, including variance analysis and strategic commentary.
- Evaluate investment decisions, new product initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital allocation opportunities through rigorous financial analysis.
- Enhance FP&A processes and systems to support scalability as the business continues to expand.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive team on financial strategy, risk management, and long‑term growth planning.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or related strategic finance roles; experience in healthcare SaaS, Health
IT, or technology‑enabled services is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of healthcare technology trends, unit economics, and the dynamics of recurring revenue business models.
- Demonstrated success building financial models, managing budgets, and delivering strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with a strong command of financial systems, planning tools, and process optimisation.
- Take ownership of FP&A in a high‑growth, mission‑driven environment with significant executive visibility.
- Play a critical role in shaping financial strategy and influencing company‑wide decision‑making.
