The Finance & Accounting Coordinator supports the daily financial operations of a fast-paced entertainment business, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely processing across accounting, reporting, and production-related finance activities. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities within a creative, high-volume environment.

• Assist with day-to-day AP and AR processing, including invoice coding, vendor setup, payment runs, expense reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of supporting schedules
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records, contracts, and production documents
• Track and process production-related expenses, petty cash, and POs, ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Assist with forecasting and budget tracking for projects, events, or productions
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting, including cost tracking, revenue summaries, and variance analysis
• Liaise with internal teams (production, marketing, operations) to gather financial data and resolve discrepancies
• Support year-end audit requests and other compliance requirements
• Research and resolve vendor inquiries, payment issues, and coding questions
• Assist with ad hoc analysis, financial modeling support, and special projects as needed

• 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience; entertainment experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Net Suite, Quick Books, SAP, or similar)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with internal teams and external vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative culture with shifting priorities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
