Financial Accountant; US Team

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between our US team and China headquarters, coordinating with local tax bureaus, audit firms, and accounting agencies.
• Handle end-to-end general ledger accounting tasks, including processing internal financial requests from warehouse and business departments.
• Oversee and promote group financial processes: deliver training on finance-related workflows, provide daily guidance to team members, and ensure process compliance.
• Manage external errands efficiently, such as coordinating with local tax authorities and banks.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; 1+ year of professional accounting work experience in the US.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, local financial regulations, and tax laws
  ; proficient in full-cycle accounting processing.
• Working proficiency in English (both oral & written);
  Mandarin proficiency (oral/written) is a strong plus (to collaborate with China headquarters).
• High professional ethics; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, and meticulous with strong attention to accuracy and quality.
