The Associate Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for the West contributes to the organization’s mission by helping the West maintain financial integrity and accountability and achieve its performance goals.
The Associate Director engages in strategic planning, business/financial/performance metrics analysis, modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to adequately meet and support the financial goals of the organization and its constituents in the West. The Associate Director develops annual strategic plans to include budgets, revenue trends, expenses and capital expenditures on behalf of the West and carefully monitors these plans over the year.
The Associate Director prepares and delivers accurate, relevant, timely internal and external financial reporting to Finance as well as Western leadership.
The Associate Director is a key business partner to all the business lines in the West (Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Housing, Managed Care, Administration). The Associate Director is highly collaborative, curious, self-starting, problem solving and driven to help the West be as financially successful as it can be. The position reports to the Chief of Operations (or Regional Director, as delegated by the Chief), with a dotted line to Finance.
