Loan Operations Servicing Specialist I will be responsible for the review of the following: loan documents, lien perfections, supporting due diligence documents, payment postings, and GL reconciliation. The position will also provide general administrative support to the loan department which can include customer contact.

• Scan and index loans and supporting loan documents, as needed.
• Make copies, collates, and/or assemble materials, as needed. Verifies all loan documentation scanned to our CORE system.
• Filing of original required loan documentation to the vault.
• Research, collect, and assemble requested documents.
• Assist with loading renewals/modifications.
• Notify Loan Representatives and Lenders to obtain needed loan-related information.
• Process paid outs.
• Access the computer system to obtain account histories, balances, payoffs, etc.
• Escrow servicing including but not limited to insurance, taxes, flood, and third-party billing.
• Complete escrow analysis and distributions.
• Perform general data maintenance needs.
• Assist with daily GL recons.
• Assign loan numbers.
• Daily mail check and distribution
• Crosstrain on different systems within Branson Bank.
• Serve as a Notary for Bank documents.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
