OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions. This role will be instrumental in providing senior leadership with insights into business performance, production profitability, and strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate has deep FP&A experience in the media and entertainment industry, especially within production environments.

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast processes across corporate functions and individual lines of business.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and scenario modeling to support decision making including resource allocation, green lights, slate planning, and investment decisions.
• Build and maintain consolidated financial models and dashboards to track company performance and KPIs as well as individual project-level financials.
• Partner with Production Finance, Accounting, and Department Heads to ensure budget discipline and accurate financial tracking at the project and corporate levels.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages for senior management and support preparation of Board-level materials and deliverables for key external stakeholders.
• Provide consistent variance analyses with clear, insightful commentary and data-driven recommendations for departmental and executive leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, new business lines, and international expansion with financial analysis and due diligence.
• Implement process improvements and tools to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of the FP&A function.
