, gain hands‑on training, and grow into a Senior Loan Officer role with a top‑performing team.

• Call and connect with warm leads from our Best-in-Class Marketing Machine
• Build relationships with borrowers and help them explore loan options
• Gather financial details and assist with preparing loan packages
• Support Senior Loan Officers through each step of the loan process
• Meet sales goals, generate referrals, and create new business opportunities
• Work on‑site with a motivated, high‑energy team that’s committed to your growth
• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (mortgage experience a plus)
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and goal‑driven
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Encompass LOS is a plus
• A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
