Treasury Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team within a hybrid role. Expected starting base salary of $62,500 to $72,500 per year.

• Develop and maintain reporting tools to support strategic business planning and decision‑making.
• Identify, develop, and execute financial analysis for business initiatives, product launches, and new services.
• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of financial models.
• Manage the monthly and quarterly compliance reporting process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain oversight of the company’s cash position and short‑term liquidity forecast.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Bring at least 2+ years of experience as a treasury analyst or in a related finance role.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Possess strong organizational skills to ensure completeness of work and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience working in mortgage finance or lending is preferred.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
