We are looking for a 7-10 year tax manager with large local/regional or Big 4 public accounting firm experience focused in Corporations, Partnerships and LLCs with both SEC and privately held clients.
Position requires:
- CPA license and able to sign tax returns
- Strong technical experience
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lead/train staff
- Complex Tax Provision
- Multi State and some International work

Qualifications & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities and expectations include providing tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for corporate, partnership, and LLC clients with exposure to SEC filings and private client work. The role requires leadership of tax teams, review of tax provisions, and coordination of multi-state and international tax issues.
