Washington Health Medical Group has exclusively retained Avoca Search to recruit a Chief Financial Officer for its multi‑specialty medical group in Fremont, Bay Area. The organization is a fast‑growing, 100‑physician group with multiple locations around Silicon Valley and is part of the Washington Hospital Healthcare System, which includes a 415‑bed acute care hospital and several specialty centers.
Following a strategic planning process, the CFO will be instrumental in translating the three‑year plan into actionable initiatives to expand ambulatory care, modernize operations, and create a scalable model of care.
Role Details- Location: Fremont, California (Bay Area)
- Salary: $275,000 – $350,000
- Seniority level: Executive

- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance and regulations required.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 8+ years of Healthcare Finance Leadership experience.
