• High‑impact CFO seat with full ownership of finance, strategy, and value creation
• Equity participation and a meaningful upside tied to the next transaction
• Hands‑on leadership role with an established accounting team in place
• Company is positioned for significant growth over the next 2–3 years

• 12+ years’ accounting/finance experience in fast‑paced environments
• Manufacturing industry experience required including heavy inventory experience
• Extensive cash forecasting experience
• PE‑owned portfolio company leadership experience is preferred
• CPA preferred (can be inactive)
• Prior Controller experience required

• Contributing to scalable revenue growth
• Improving processes
• Oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting & forecasting
• Serve as PE firm contact – fast‑paced leader with excellent soft skills required!
