Senior Tax Accountant

Our client, a specialized advisory firm offering comprehensive financial, tax, and reporting services to high-net-worth clients, is looking for a Tax Senior Associate. This person will work closely with entrepreneurial individuals and families to navigate complex wealth and financial structures.

• Deliver comprehensive tax preparation and advisory services for a range of clients, including individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships, and nonprofit organizations.
• Mentor and support junior team members and seasonal staff in their professional development.
• Recognize and propose effective tax planning and advisory strategies.
• Escalate complex or unusual tax matters to senior leadership when appropriate.
• Manage advanced accounting and tax-related assignments requiring sound technical judgment.
• Stay informed of current tax legislation, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; a Master's in Taxation is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of three years' experience in tax compliance involving individuals, trusts, partnerships, and nonprofit entities.
• Skilled in the use of leading tax preparation and research tools, along with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational habits with keen attention to accuracy and deadlines.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
