On-site | Loan Operations Department, Ste. Genevieve, MO.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Starting Pay: $20/hr.

• Process consumer loan applications quickly and accurately
• Gather, verify, and track borrower documentation
• Review applications for completeness and compliance
• Prepare disclosures and maintain clean, audit‑ready loan files
• Communicate with internal and external partners to keep files moving
• Provide timely updates and resolve outstanding items
• Deliver a friendly, community‑focused customer experience

• High school diploma required; degree or lending knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail & excellent organization
• Friendly communicator with a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Comfortable with computers, MS Office, and learning new systems
• Reliable, consistent, solution‑oriented attitude
• Prior loan processing/banking experience preferred (not required)
