Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to enhance growth and maximize profitability across the portfolio.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to uncover new revenue opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize pricing strategies, particularly for seasonal sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
  • Regularly communicate with senior executives regarding revenue performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline revenue operations.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to make data-driven pricing decisions and achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret financial, operational, and market data.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Net Suite.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles, including ASC-742.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
