Director of Pricing

Basepay range

Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to enhance growth and maximize profitability across the portfolio.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and optimize pricing strategies, particularly for seasonal sales and marketing campaigns.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform revenue strategies and decision-making.
- Regularly communicate with senior executives regarding revenue performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline revenue operations.
Must-Have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to make data-driven pricing decisions and achieve revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret financial, operational, and market data.
- Exceptional leadership and team management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Net Suite.
- Familiarity with revenue recognition principles, including ASC-742.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
