Midland States Bank is recruiting for a Universal Banker Trainee in Missouri. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, understanding banking products, and referring customers to appropriate partners. A trainee will learn to place customers with the right mix of services to meet needs.
You will participate in outreach, meetings, and coaching to achieve personal and team goals while supporting day-to-day Teller Operations as needed.
