RGA is seeking a Senior Analyst for Private Debt & Equity Operations in Chesterfield, MO. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on executing illiquid asset lifecycle workflows, onboarding, documentation, and servicing with emphasis on accuracy and process ownership.
The position requires a BA/BS in Finance/Accounting/Economics or an MBA/ASA/FSA with relevant investment operations experience, including experience with illiquid assets and transfer processing. CFA/CAIA candidacy is a plus.
