ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM
The Greenlining Institute’s Leadership Academy Fellowship is an 11‑month training and experiential learning program for early career leaders seeking to gain hands‑on public policy experience and invest in their personal and professional growth. Fellows are integrated into one of Greenlining's policy teams to develop, plan, and implement the organization’s policy and advocacy efforts while simultaneously working with the Leadership Academy to focus on the skills to support their personal growth and deepen their leadership perspective.

The Transportation Equity Fellow will assist in advocacy efforts to shape and implement equitable, sustainable, and community‑driven transportation and mobility decisions, plans, and projects at the state and federal‑level leveraging Greenlining’s frameworks and principles. The fellow will provide thought leadership on key topics related to transportation equity that provide direct and meaningful benefits to low‑income communities of color and increase community wealth through high‑quality transportation electrification policies that reduce air pollution and enhance economic opportunities.
