Description

Under the direction of the Business Services Manager (SSM I), the AGPA performs responsible, varied, and complex analytical and consultative services in procurement and contracting, and a wide variety of administrative functions for the Business Services Unit. Occasional travel may be required throughout the Sierra Nevada Region.

Classification

This position is currently classified as Associate Governmental Program Analyst and is supervised by a Staff Services Manager I. Pursuant to the Generalist Classification Consolidation approved on August 11, 2025, effective January 1, 2026, the AGPA classification will transition to Analyst II, and the supervising SSM I classification will transition to Supervisor I.

Working Conditions

The position is headquartered at the Auburn office and is eligible for up to 60 % telework. Telework requires California residency and may not be used to live or relocate out of state. Telework arrangements are subject to change based on executive orders or operational needs. The incumbent may be required to report to the Auburn office at the discretion of SNC.
